A leading Organisation in the West Midlands is looking for a Repairs Planner to join their Team. Location: Birmingham
Contract type:Temporary
Hourly rate: 19ph paid weekly via umbrella

In this role as a Repairs Planner, your key responsibilities will be:

• Provide administrative support to fleet, facilities and maintenance services
• Check and validate orders, both internal and subcontracted
• Providing great customer service to tenants and customers
• Creating invoices and raising PO's
• Helping to create reports on work orders etc

To be successful in this Repairs Planner role you will have:

• Experience in a maintenance environment - repairs planner/ scheduler/ fleet maintenance/ logistics coordinator etc
• The ability to work alone or in a team
• Good administrative and customer service skills
• Good planning and analytical skills
