Hourly rate: 19ph paid weekly via umbrella
In this role as a Repairs Planner, your key responsibilities will be: - Provide administrative support to fleet, facilities and maintenance services
- Check and validate orders, both internal and subcontracted
- Providing great customer service to tenants and customers
- Creating invoices and raising PO's
- Helping to create reports on work orders etc
To be successful in this Repairs Planner role you will have:- Experience in a maintenance environment - repairs planner/ scheduler/ fleet maintenance/ logistics coordinator etc
- The ability to work alone or in a team
- Good administrative and customer service skills
- Good planning and analytical skills
