About the role:

The successful candidate will have a passion for email marketing, having full control over developing our brands' retention strategies to drive revenue growth. Your day-to-day tasks will include creating highly effective automated email flows, identifying key customer segments, and executing email marketing campaigns. You'll rely on advanced analytical and reporting tools to ensure that every decision is data-driven and leads to measurable results. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement email marketing strategies to engage, retain, and grow the customer base.
  • Create email campaigns for the weeks ahead.
  • Manage the email marketing calendar, working closely with the rest of the team to ensure the campaigns are relevant.
  • Create and optimise automated email workflows such as welcome sequences, abandoned cart reminders, and post-purchase follow-ups.
  • Continuously refine automation strategies based on performance data.
  • Ensure that content is tailored to the target audience, aligned with brand voice, and optimised for conversions.
  • Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, email content, send times, and CTAs to improve performance.
  • Analyse test results and make data-driven decisions to optimise future campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain detailed customer segments based on behaviour, demographics, and preferences.
  • Personalise email content to different audience segments for higher engagement.
  • Provide weekly reports on email campaign and flow performance.
  • Ensure that the open, click and purchase rates are kept above standard.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in email marketing.
  • Utilise project management skills to oversee projects related to the role.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in email marketing and the creation of campaigns / flows.
  • Have a great understanding & experience with Klaviyo
  • Ideally have experience with Figma, Notion & Monday
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional work and driving business impact.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Great at analysing data and providing reports and feedback.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets.
  • Skilled in carrying out market research.
  • Experience with A/B testing and data-driven optimisation.
