Job Title: Associate Planning Director - Large Property Consultancy

We're seeking an experienced Associate Planning Director to join a leading property consultancy, known for shaping the future of London's built environment.

As part of a dynamic and innovative team, you'll play a key role in driving complex projects, working with a range of high-profile clients, and supporting the continued growth of our planning department.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage planning projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with planning policies and regulations.
Provide expert planning advice to clients across a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
Manage and mentor junior planning staff, fostering their development within the company.
Liaise with stakeholders, including local authorities, developers, and consultants, to ensure successful project outcomes.
Contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities and enhancing client relationships.

Key Requirements:
RTPI membership or equivalent professional qualification.
Extensive experience in town planning, ideally within a consultancy environment.
Strong understanding of the UK planning system, particularly in London.
Proven track record of managing and delivering complex planning projects.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while taking initiative.
