As an integral member of the EU marketing team, the Digital Marketing Executive will be instrumental in executing sophisticated digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate is someone with expertise across a range of digital channels to drive lead generation, and with the ability to set and measure KPIs to evaluate approach.
Key outputs and deliverables include:
- PPC Campaign Management: Oversee and optimise PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google and Microsoft Ads, ensuring cost-effective results.
- SEO Strategy Development: Oversee and implement an EU-wide SEO strategy, including keyword research, competitor analysis, and on/off-site optimisation to drive organic growth.
- Web Analytics and Performance Optimisation: Utilise tools like Google Analytics and Search Console to monitor website performance, identify areas for improvement and present findings to stakeholders via bi-weekly and monthly reports.
- Campaign reports: Prepare detailed performance reports for stakeholders, offering insights and recommendations for ongoing optimisation, industry trends and new growth opportunities.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Team-orientated with a strong sense of collaboration, capable of working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
Please note, this is a site-based role and we are looking for candidates who can be physically based from our Commercial headquarters in Guiseley, Leeds.
