We are looking for a chartered building surveyor to support the wider team with servicing the existing, expanding client base. Specialising in Building Surveying, Property Management and Sustainability solutions, our client have built a fantastic reputation in the market, hence the need to grow their business within the Midlands region. You’ll be working with a great mix of clients, ranging from Industrial, to Commercial and Resi and everything in between! There is tons of work to get started with already, from Pre Acquisition Surveys and Project work, to PPM and ESS advice.

Reporting into the Senior Director, you will have access to a northern and southern office and will have the freedom to manage clients and plan your own diary.

The role will involve:

• Ensuring consistent, high quality service delivery across all areas for Clients.
• Identifying and developing new client relationships. In order to grow this region further.
• Leading instructions and assisting with delivery of portfolio instructions.
• Identifying and actioning new opportunities.
• Assist with delivering the agreed service, strategy, business plan and Quality Assurance document for the department.
• Continually driving change and progress in the business to evolve with Client and market demands.
• Support and maintain existing relationships with clients and contacts within the wider business group

What do we need from you?

You’ll be MRICS qualified with solid commercial surveying experience.

You’ll have a good appreciation of both professional and project based building surveying matters

You’ll have experience in building and maintaining existing client relationships.

You’ll have your own vehicle and be willing to travel throughout the region.
