What’s the Deal?
They’re rolling out a shiny new HR system across their offices, and it’s going to be game-changing. The HR team is going through some serious upgrades, and we need you to steer the ship. You’ll be partnering with senior folks like the CPO, COO, and other key players to bring the project to life.
The role is based in London, but don’t worry, you’ll be working with teams across the globe. It’s all about process improvements, tech implementation, and getting the most out of the new HR tools to ensure the firm’s objectives are hit.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading the charge on a major global HRIS (HR software) rollout.
- Working with key stakeholders like the HR Director and Divisional CEOs to make sure everything stays on track.
- Overseeing the entire project lifecycle—from planning and kickoff to hitting milestones, solving problems, and keeping everything running smoothly.
- Navigating the complexities of working in a global law firm, making sure all the moving pieces come together.
- Driving communication and engagement across teams, managing resources, and keeping the project aligned with the firm’s strategic goals.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- You’ve got serious experience with HR system rollouts—ideally in a law firm or professional services environment.
- Strong project management chops—you’re comfortable juggling complex, multi-disciplinary projects across various global locations.
- You’re a problem solver, always up for finding pragmatic solutions when issues arise.
- You’ve got solid HR knowledge—from payroll to performance management.
- You’re an excellent communicator and can keep stakeholders in the loop, no matter how busy things get.
- You’re not just a leader—you’re also a team player, happy to roll up your sleeves and get things done.
