Key Skills:
We are seeking for a new talent to join the Business & Technology Integration team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the 'ERP Programme Project'. That provides customers with fuel for transportation, energy for heat and light, lubricants, and petrochemicals products. Responsibilities: As a Business Process Architect, you will analyze and design new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. You will partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Additionally, you will participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs. As a SME with deep knowledge and experience, you will be responsible for team decisions and engage with multiple teams to contribute on key decisions.
You will also be expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Expert proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools is required. Advanced proficiency in Business Process Design, SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), SAP S/4HANA Finance, Intermediate proficiency in SAP FI Accounts Receivable, and SAP S/4HANA Financial Planning and Analysis are recommended. Develop innovative business process solutions to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities. Lead workshops and meetings to gather requirements and facilitate process design sessions. Create and maintain process documentation, including process maps, standard operating procedures, and user manuals. Provide guidance and support to project teams during the implementation of new processes and technologies.
