Teacher of History

Tradewind are recruiting on behalf of one of our St Helens secondary schools who are looking for a Teacher of History to start immediately. The role is full time until October half term in the first instance. The position will pay up to 223.62 per day, depending on experience. Our client school are looking for a Teacher of History who possesses excellent subject knowledge and good behaviour management skills.

The role:

• Teacher of History to KS3 and KS4
• Immediate start
• Finish 26th October 2024
• Full time position
• Excellent subject knowledge is essential.

• Ofsted rating 'Good' school
• 1500+ pupils on roll
• 11-18 school

The essentials:

• QTS or equivalent
• Experience teaching History across KS3 and KS4
• Enhanced Child workforce DBS on the update service or be prepared to undertake a new one
• Full and complete 10-year career history
• Minimum of 2 references including your most recent employment reference
• Legal right to work in the UK
