Children's Home Registered Manager

Established in 1997, One to One Crisis Intervention offers specialized solo placements for young people who have been unable to settle or engage elsewhere. They provide a therapeutic package tailored to the individual needs of each young person, serving as a viable alternative to secure provisions or a step-down from a secure setting.

This is a full-time on-site role as a Children's Home Registered Manager at One to One Crisis Intervention in Newton Abbot. The Registered Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for young people, managing staff, and maintaining regulatory compliance.

• Experience in residential childcare management
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Experience working with young people with complex needs
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent
