What you’ll be doing:

As our Head of People & Culture, you will lead the development and execution of a People strategy that drives our growth and builds a high-performing, inclusive workplace. You will be both hands-on and strategic, ready to roll up your sleeves and make things happen – a doer as well as a thinker. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading talent acquisition, development and retention strategies to attract and grow top talent across the company.
  • Partnering with senior leaders to drive organisational design, change management and workforce planning to support business growth.

What we’re looking for:

To succeed in this role, you should bring:

  • Experience in a senior HR/People role(s), ideally within both high-growth companies and larger, more structured environments.
  • Commercial nous, gained through membership of leadership teams.
  • A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach; you’re ready to lead but not afraid to get involved in the day-to-day.
  • A strong background in talent development, organisational design, and driving cultural change.
  • Expertise in compensation and benefits strategy, with experience in managing incentives for senior and Commercial roles.
  • Proficiency with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and experience using HR data to drive strategy and decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, capable of building strong relationships at all levels.
  • A coaching mindset, able to support colleagues in the senior leadership team with their development.
  • High emotional intelligence, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for creating a positive, inclusive work environment that fosters growth and success.
