Job Title: Commercial Property Lawyer (2PQE-8 PQE)

Location: Woking, UK

Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum

We are now seeking an ambitious and skilled Commercial Property Lawyer to join our growing team. This role will focus exclusively on commercial property work, offering you the chance to engage with high-profile clients and complex property matters.


Role Overview:

As a Commercial Property Lawyer, you will manage a broad range of transactions, including sales, acquisitions, leases, and developments. You will be responsible for advising clients on a variety of property issues, including commercial leases, landlord and tenant matters, property finance, and large-scale developments. You will work closely with clients to ensure they receive sound, commercially astute advice that meets their business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling acquisitions, disposals, and leases of commercial properties
  • Advising on landlord and tenant matters, including lease negotiations and renewals
  • Working on property finance and secured lending transactions
  • Advising on development projects, including planning, construction, and environmental matters
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of client care

About You:

  • Qualified solicitor with 2-8 years PQE in commercial property law
  • Strong understanding of commercial property transactions, landlord and tenant issues, and property finance
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships
  • Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to managing a caseload
  • A team player, eager to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the firm’s growth
