eFX Account Manager - London based - Hybrid: remote and office based
Responsibilities
- Own and lead relationship and account management efforts for allocated client accounts
- Add value to clients by identifying, implementing, and utilizing BIS / BA tools
- Create and manage account growth plans
- Increase platform usage and resulting revenue organically by assisting cross-sales and up-sales (feeds, components, professional services)
- Quantitative gap analysis across all client accounts
- Be a key point of client communication and issue escalation (not front-line technical support)
- Focus on exceeding client satisfaction levels and tracking account health
- Opportunity to identify and sell to new prospective clients working with the new business sales team
- Support prospect pitches, RFPs and pricing proposals where required
- Participate in the consistent evolution of all client and new business acquisition collateral and documentation
- Potential to grow a team
Qualifications
- Ability to create trust and work in true partnership with every client account and internal teams
- Extensive experience and knowledge of eFX and eTrading landscape and technology usage
- Market-facing credibility and trustworthiness
