We are delighted to be working with a central London Diocese that are involved in a range of projects assisting the local communities from poverty alleviation and social welfare improvements. An opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Manager in Financial Planning & Analysis to join the team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic financial leader to make a significant impact within a mission-driven organisation. In this role, you will lead the financial planning and analysis function to inform strategic decision-making, overseeing the annual budgeting process, forecasting, and financial modelling. You will provide insightful financial reports and analysis to senior management and stakeholders, while collaborating with various departments to enhance financial performance and identify growth opportunities. Compliance with financial regulations and internal policies will be essential, as will mentoring and developing a talented finance team. This is a full-time, permanent, Hybrid role based in central London.
Who are we looking for?
The ideal candidate will hold an ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent professional qualification, with demonstrable experience in financial planning, analysis, and budgeting. Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail are crucial, alongside excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel is also required.
