We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Labour / Concrete Operator to join our team in Truro. As a key member of our staff, you'll play a vital role in our busy precast yard, working on various construction projects.

Responsibilities:

Operate concrete production equipment and machinery
Assist in the manufacturing process of precast concrete products
Maintain a safe and efficient working environment
Collaborate with colleagues to meet production targets
Participate in on-the-job training and development programs
