Development Manager -Large London Office Scheme

I am currently looking for a Development Manager to lead on the delivery of a large scale Office scheme in London. The project is a key scheme for one of the best performing Developers in the UK, the role would see you work in a small but highly experienced team. They have excellent funding structures and have a strong future pipeline.

The scheme has recently achieved planning, and you will take a leading role on managing the scheme through delivery. This role will see you take a leading role managing the day to day aspects, management of contractors, cash flow, and reporting to Senior Directors within the business.

The Senior Development Manager will:

• Review and understand the project set up and programmes
• Manage relationship with Contractor
• Oversee contractor and ensure successful delivery in line with business objectives
• Manage scheme in line with design and planning, adhering to the business plan
• Manage and control cashflow, reporting to internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure completion of scheme, on time, and within budget.

he Senior Development Manager will need to have:

• Proven and tangible experience delivering London Office Schemes
• A background in Project Management, ideally client side.
• Ability to negotiate with, interrogate, and manage contractors
• Experience reporting into Board and external funding partners
• Excellent negotiating skills.

Salary and Benefits

• £90,000 - £100,000
• Discretionary Bonus
