Temporary Business & Project Administrator (Senior Admin)
Are you an experienced, highly organised, and proactive administrator with a knack for detail? We're on the lookout for someone just like you to join our team as a Business and Project Officer!
In this dynamic role, you'll dive into a variety of administrative tasks, including:
- Meeting Support: From scheduling and agenda preparation to report collation and minute-taking, you'll ensure everything runs smoothly for various committees and team meetings.
- Website and Documentation Updates: Keep our online presence and internal documents up-to-date and accurate.
- Research and Reporting: Conduct research on diverse topics and compile insightful reports.
- Data Management: Collect, manage, analyse, and report on crucial information.
Your new role
You'll be a key player in our business partnering approach, providing essential support to our Chief Operating Officer & Deputy Chief Executive and their team. Plus, you'll get the chance to contribute to a range of exciting projects and initiatives.
Reporting to the Governance and Contract Manager, you'll be part of our close-knit Business and Project Support team, which includes an Assistant Manager CRM and Business Support, two Business and Project Officers, and a Business and Project Support Assistant.
Your main responsibilitiesMaintain information systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and currency.Support secretariat functions: minute taking, diary management, and paper distribution.Keep governance framework, policies, and statutory records up to date; proofread documents.Produce, analyse, and present survey results.Conduct research as directed by Senior Management.Manage and update website content.Provide project and business support to Senior Management Team (SMT) and staff.Foster good relationships and effective communication within the PSAA team.Liaise effectively with appointed auditors and external stakeholders. Skills required for this role Proven ability to work autonomously and use initiative.Confident in oral and written communication; able to present and voice opinions constructively.Strong organisational and time management skills.High attention to detail; accurate work under tight deadlines.Good project management skills, including progress tracking and risk management.Strong team-working skills; cooperative and flexible.Good interpersonal skills; confident confidence at all levels.Strong IT skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Teams, survey tools).Good analytical skills; able to handle complex data.Effective at working independently and knowing when to seek advice.
