Service Care Construction are hiring for a permanent Maintenance opertive to work with an established Social housing company in Norwich .
Responsibilities may look like but are not limited to :
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to perform repairs, maintenance, and renewals.
- Work in both empty properties and tenanted homes.
- Complete tasks such as changing taps, painting walls, and other maintenance duties.
- Deliver high-quality workmanship with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and correctly on the first attempt.
