What We're Looking For:
- Minimum of 3 years in a renowned kitchen, with a strong understanding of or experience in South American cuisine.
- A keen eye for detail, exceptional knife skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality dishes.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- A desire to learn and grow by working alongside top-tier culinary professionals.
