Business Development Manager

A key organisation in the Fundraising & Philanthropy sector is looking to recruit a high performing Business Development Manager to support an exciting period of growth.

This organisation is dedicated to supporting charitable giving by offering tailored services to high-net-worth individuals and groups who wish to make impactful contributions to the not-for-profit sector. The organisation has built a reputation for excellence in client service and continues to drive significant funds into charitable causes globally.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of the organisation’s donor base. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with existing partners, and developing new connections within the wealth management and philanthropy sectors. You will work closely with the leadership team to align business development strategies with the organisation’s goals, lead networking efforts at industry events, and play a pivotal role in expanding the organisation’s reach and impact.

We are seeking a proactive individual with a strong background in business development, ideally with experience and a network in the Financial Services / Wealth Management sector but passionate about working for a purpose-driven organisation. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, organised, and have a proven track record of delivering against income targets. You should possess excellent communication skills and be confident engaging with high-powered contacts. Experience working with high-net-worth individuals, a passion for delivering exceptional client service, and an understanding of philanthropy or the charity sector will be key to success in this role.

This is a permanent opportunity offering a salary of £45,000 - £55,000 in addition to a bonus scheme and a range of other benefits. Given current pipeline, they are eager to hire so early application is encouraged!
