Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software sales to estate agents, a passion for technology, and experience in the real estate sector. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building relationships with clients, and expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.
- Identify and target potential clients within the property industry, including estate agents, landlords, and property managers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead generation campaigns and promotional activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the senior management team.
- Mentor and train junior sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager with estate agents as end clients.
- Proven experience of developing partnerships with suppliers in the property sector.
- Strong understanding of the estate agency market and technology trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
