The Role

As the Communications Lead you will support the Senior leadership team in executing their communication strategy for whole business. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in both internal and external communication initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maintaining brand consistency. This role will also have team responsibility so leading / coaching a team will also be a part of your role.

The ideal fit

• Experience in a Communications Manager/lead role
• Team management experience
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable communication plans
• Have experience working with agencies
• Proficiency in utilizing digital communication channels and social media platforms
• Be a self-starter
• Able to influence internally and bring people onboard with your ideas and agenda
• Strong project management and organizational abilities, with a focus on flawless execution and meeting deadlines

Salary: £85,000 - £100,000 plus benefits package

Location: Hybrid – Access to midlands HQ circa once a week.
