Security Guard

Responsibilities:

• Protect premises and property against damage, theft, unauthorised access, or disorderly behaviour
• Conduct regular patrols to maintain a visible presence and deter potential security breaches
• Monitor security systems and respond promptly to any alarms or incidents
• Ensure adherence to security procedures and regulations
• Carry out various administrative tasks such as writing reports and maintaining accurate records
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist visitors or employees when needed
• Collaborate with other members of the security team to maintain a safe and secure environment

Requirements:

• Possess a valid SIA licence for Security Guarding
• Proven experience in security roles or a relevant field
• Strong knowledge of security operations and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
