Your Responsibilities

The Assured Group is hiring a National Bodyshop Manager to join their team to assist in setting up Bodyshops and possibly extend this to mobile intelligent repair services across the UK. Looking to expand within our existing client base of daily rental companies, fleet clients, delivering high levels of quality workmanship, customer satisfaction, maximising workshop utilisation, productivity, efficiency and on time delivery of repaired vehicles, while ensuring that departmental financial performance objectives are met.

Your profile

• Bodyshop experience.
• Proven leadership and strong organisational skills.
• Thorough understanding of Bodyshop systems, technology and operating processes.
• Proven and demonstrable management skills.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of repair processes and the corresponding profit potential available to the business.
• Flexible work attitude
• Ability to effectively deliver site performance and profitable growth
• Strong communication skills for customer service and team communication.
