Full Time Contract
Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Pensions Administrator. This is a contract role working full time hours.
The job:
- Record keeping, data collation and migration relating to pensions and various financial records
- Acting as a first point of contact for the service, dealing with routine correspondence, answering telephone and managing inboxes
- Processing clerical information, changes of address, bank details, tax codes, changes of circumstances etc.
- Determine eligibility, calculate and process refunds and contributions, process contracts, updating details as necessary.
The candidate:
- Experience working in a financial or customer focused environment
- Understanding of the Local Government Pension Scheme, HMRC.
- Strong numeracy and data skills.
