The Opportunity:
Joining the existing Customer Success team you will assume control of a large client base or around 300 accounts.
Starting from post-sale, a major part of your role will be the successful onboarding on new clients. Work with them closely to ensure their initial experiences of the platform drive a successful long-term partnership!
Once past onboarding, you will assume ownership of then “business as usual” client management; check-ins, usage, adoption!
It’s a large portfolio, so you’ll need to be smart with your time and effective with your client management strategy.
The good news, renewals are managed by your account manager, so you can focus on relationship and platform usage!
