Employability Coach

Job Opportunity: Employability Coach in Waltham Forest ( 19 per hour)
We are seeking an experienced Employability Coach to start immediately, working until mid-January. A DBS check is required.
Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored sessions to help learners develop personal, social, and employability skills.
• Source work experience placements and review learner progress.
• Provide 1:1 and group support to guide learners towards positive outcomes and career goals.
• Offer advice on employability and further education opportunities.
• Uphold high standards in customer care, equality, and health and safety.
• Safeguard the welfare of young people and vulnerable adults.

Requirements:

• Must have a DBS check.
• Immediate availability is essential.

Contract Positions
