Job Requirements:
- Extensive experience in quantity surveying within civil engineering projects
- Strong knowledge of cost management, estimation, and budgeting
- Proficiency in contract administration and project management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant degree or equivalent qualification in quantity surveying or a related field
