Position: Spandrel line operative

Location: Coalville

Type: Temp to Perm

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor the spandrel production line to ensure products meet high-quality standards.
• Utilize manual pneumatic tools (e.g., air drills, impact wrenches, pneumatic grinders) to assist in production.
• Read and interpret specification drawings for accurate production processes.
• Conduct quality checks and measurements, reporting any defects or issues promptly.
• Perform heavy lifting as required, ensuring proper techniques are used to maintain safety.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production targets.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and meet production deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks safely.

Additional information:

Pay rate: 11.71 (upcoming compensation rate adjustment)

OT over 37.5h 17.56

OT Sunday 23.42

Shift pattern: 07:00-15:00 Monday to Friday

Assignment: Temp to perm after 12 weeks
