Gas Engineer

Job Title: Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer

Hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours – with a lot of overtime

Salary: £40,500 basic per annum (OTE £60,000 with overtime and on-call)

On-Call: 1 in 6 rotation with a standby pay and Door-to-Door (£180 standby, time and a half for call-outs)

Working on a variety of contracts, including prestigious NHS and care home sites

Key Responsibilities:

Perform servicing, maintenance, and minor reactive works on commercial gas systems

Respond to emergency call-outs as part of the on-call rota

Ensure all work is completed to high safety and quality standards

Maintain clear and concise documentation of work carried out

Liaise with clients to ensure satisfaction with service delivery

Qualifications and Experience:

Core Safety: COCN1

Commercial Gas Qualifications: TPCP1A, ICPN1, CORT1, CIGA1

City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, or related engineering discipline

Gas Safe Registered

IPAF / PASMA certifications

Full UK Driving License.
