360 B2B Sales Consultant

Location: Remote (with occasional field work)

Reporting to: Sales Director

Role Overview:

As a B2B Sales Consultant at Bizivate, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through proactive lead generation and effective sales strategies. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will work closely with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to the overall success of the company. This commission-only role offers the flexibility of remote work combined with the excitement of fieldwork, allowing you to engage with potential clients both digitally and in person.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting door-to-door and remote outreach to generate leads and identify potential clients.

• Maintaining and updating lead information in the company CRM system.

• Managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals.

• Utilising business cards and leaflets provided by the company to support sales efforts.

• Building and nurturing relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.

• Hitting sales targets and KPI's as set by the Sales Director and the business.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in B2B sales or a related software as a service (SaaS) field is preferred but not essential.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong desire to succeed.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools is advantageous.
