Are you passionate about all things digital and know your way around a web/ecommerce project? I'm currently partnering with a global agency who are looking for a Digital Account Manager.

About the role...

As Digital Account Manager you'll be managing a portfolio of clients and responsible for all of their digital requirements (web design, build, updates and integration projects). You'll have a clear understanding of what they need and be able to challenge thinking to deliver the best solution. You'll be involved in weekly WIP and status meetings to manage workload and it goes without saying that you'll be responsible for status reports, estimates, purchase orders, schedules and the saving of work.

About you...

To be considered for this Digital Account Manager role, you'll have experience of working in an agency and managing client relationships. Experience of working on web/ecommerce based projects is a must. You'll have experience of managing client relationships and taking briefs - gathering the key requirements and technical specifics from the client to share internally. You'll be a great communicator and be passionate about project delivery.
