Job Title: Static Maintenance Electrician
Location: Guildford
Salary: 41,000 per annum
Shift Pattern: 6am - 6pm 2 on / 3 off / 2 on / 2 off / 3 on / 2 off
Benefits: 20 days annual leave + 5% matched pension

We are seeking a Static Maintenance Electrician to join our team in Guildford. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of building systems, handling both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks across our facility.

• Carry out electrical PPMs as scheduled
• Respond to reactive maintenance issues and electrical breakdowns
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical systems to ensure minimal downtime
• Work safely and efficiently, adhering to all health and safety protocols
• Collaborate with other engineers and departments to resolve issues

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation/Maintenance
• 17th/18th Edition wiring regulations certification
• Previous experience in a maintenance or building services role
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Competitive salary of 41,000 per annum
