Liability Loss Adjuster

Are you experienced in managing Legal Liability Claims Investigation? Keen to join industry leaders with a small/bespoke claims portfolio?

We are currently working with a Independent Adjusting firm who due to recent business Development wins are looking to add an ambitious Liability Loss Adjusters to its well established team of industry leaders.

This firm specialises in providing bespoke claims management within the Legal Liability space and offer fantastic career development for hard-working and ambitious people. They have a high performing team, and despite their size have a great industry stature.

You will handle a variety of claims within Employers Liability and Public Liability Cradle to Grave with opportunity to work on a varied portfolio of commercial losses. Importantly you will be empowered with full autonomy to run claims management investigations as you deem fit through to settlement with a mixture of field and desktop work. This also means the employer works with you to pitch for further business opportunities to establish a further client portfolio but will allow you to keep a smaller caseload than many of their rivals leading to a great work-life balance and client connections that will be your own.

To be considered for this role, previous Liability Loss Adjusting experience is essential, be that in a insurer or loss adjusters.

The ideal candidate will be happy to operate across the South East as required; have an infectious personality and a passion for providing premium level service. They invest heavily in their staff with CILA Qualification development through to Chartership status and offer excellent bonuses based on company performance. Everyone wins!

You will be rewarded with a very competitive starting salary of £50-65k, dependant on experience.

Office Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm with a mixture of field and office based working required.
