Quality Systems Engineer

Elevation Engineering and Manufacturing are exclusively partnered with a leading manufacturer, for a Quality Systems Engineer to join their team at their manufacturing facility in

Chesterfield. The Quality Systems Engineer will be tasked with managing and maintaining the AS9100 Quality Management System.

The Quality Systems Engineer will also lead internal audits, pinpointing areas for improvement and making sure corrective actions are followed through.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking for a challenging role in which they can develop professionally, working closely with the senior operations team, managing the internal & external non-conformance reporting system, carry out root cause analysis & implement corrective actions. Other ker responsibilities include;

• Participate in multi discipline teams to address quality system improvements, aligned to the achievement of company objectives.
• Communicate quality statistics and improvement activities across the business.
• Implement and monitor robust corrective and preventative actions using a DMAIC/8D process.

If you have a strong understanding of AS9100, experience working in a quality-focused role with previous experience of quality systems and have managed internal and external 9001 audits, we would love to hear from you!
