About the Role:

Working within the Australian Mining and Construction sector, these roles will see you actively recruiting within specialist areas that are synonymous with the Techforce brand, our business truly doesn't have a cold recruitment desk within our ranks as the leads, relationships and opportunities see everyone set on a path to achieve there earning/financial goals.

If you have a background in working as a 360 recruitmer, love building relationships, and can thrive in the agency recruitment environment (under the sun and within a stone's throw of the best beaches) then we'd love to have a chat with you.

Responsibilities:

?? Manage full recruitment lifecycles from attraction and engagement to interview and worker aftercare.

??? Conduct interviews and CV submissions.

?? Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews.

? Key Account and Client Management.

?? New client generation - networking and site-based travel to world-renowned mine sites.

?? Realise the dream of being a MILLION dollar biller (and the rewards it brings)

Required Skills:

• Brilliant Communications - not everyone gets the job they applied for but building longterm relationships is key to us.
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
• Recruitment software experience - Utilising Job Adder, Bullhorn or similar
• Thrive in a busy environment - love the frill of the recruitment chase and enjoy the competitive nature of our next quarterly comp.

We'll need you to be in a position to emigrate to Australia whether through sponsorship channels (5 years recruitment experience) or be eligible to hold a Working Holiday Visa.
