We are currently seeking an Experienced Bar Manager for a vibrant, authentic Italian restaurant in Liverpool. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Bar Operations: Oversee all aspects of bar operations to ensure efficient service and high-quality beverage offerings.
  • Guest Engagement: Create memorable experiences by interacting with guests and sharing your extensive knowledge of Italian wines and cocktails.
  • Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and motivate bar staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with management to innovate and curate an enticing drinks menu that reflects the essence of Italian hospitality.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, manage orders, and build relationships with suppliers to ensure the highest quality products.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all bar operations meet health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Financial Oversight: Assist with budgeting, cost control, and cash handling, tracking bar performance against set targets.
Who We re Looking For
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years in bar management, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or bar setting.
  • Beverage Expertise: Strong knowledge of Italian wines, spirits, and cocktails, with a passion for educating others.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage and develop a team while maintaining high service standards.
  • Attention to Detail: A commitment to quality, presentation, and creating an inviting atmosphere.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with guests and foster teamwork.
