Senior Account Manager

Are you a Commercial Manager or Key Account Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a proven track record in managing P&L? In this role, your primary focus will be ensuring client satisfaction by taking a proactive approach to managing relationships from inception through to successful delivery. With strong P&L management experience, you will ensure that pricing and profitability align with the organisation’s financial goals, driving success for both the client and the business. You’ll lead on service delivery, monitoring KPIs, SLAs, and client satisfaction, while identifying and capitalising on opportunities for account growth.

You will work closely with internal teams, ensuring seamless execution of new business introductions and client projects. You will be the key point of contact for resolving escalations and addressing risks, demonstrating foresight and agility in overcoming challenges. In addition, you will lead and inspire a high-performing team, using your customer-first approach to deliver outstanding results.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial mindset, with a background in customer service and a genuine passion for driving customer satisfaction. You should have a proven ability to manage and grow key accounts, lead client meetings, and implement strategies for account development. Strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to balance client needs with business objectives are essential for success in this role.
