We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management and a passion for leading a high-performing sales team.
Duties
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and achieve sales goals
- Lead, mentor, and grow the sales team to ensure targets are met or exceeded
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth
- Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Analyse sales data and provide insights to improve performance
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, revenue, and forecasts
- Prepare and deliver tenders for new business opportunities
Requirements
- Previous experience in Recruitment required
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Sound understanding of sales performance metrics
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Happy, Bubbly and positive personality
- Ability to work alone and have strong motivation while doing so

- 3-4 days in the office
- 1-2 days from home
