The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Beauty Retail Sales Ambassador to join our growing team. This role will primarily focus on driving sales across two of our brands: ARKIVE Headcare and Cowshed. The successful candidate will service multiple retail accounts, ensuring our brands maintain high visibility and strong sales performance.


*This is a field-based role, 20-25 hours per week (with potential for more)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Ambassadorship: Serve as a brand ambassador, driving in-store sales and maintaining the visibility of our brands. Support training needs when necessary.
  • Relationship Cultivation: Foster strong relationships with retail partners. Galvanize and motivate in-store teams to maximize engagement and drive sales.
  • Event Execution: Support the successful activation of in-store events to promote our brands.
  • Merchandising Excellence: Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring shelves are well-kept, merchandise is correctly displayed, and stock levels are healthy. Communicate any concerns to management promptly.
  • Performance Metrics: Achieve daily sales goals through side-by-side selling with retail teams.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends.
