We are looking for a L&D Consultant/Senior Consultant to join our London team.
Who you are:
- A passionate L&D professional with sales recruitment experience or an experienced 360/BD recruiter who takes/will take pride in delivering world class sales training and supporting people with their professional development.
- Experience of delivering sales training in a high performance environment preferred but not mandatory.
- A team player who’s default mode is collaboration and ‘winning together’.
- You're hungry to learn and have a restless desire to develop your knowledge and specialism.
- You anticipate change and embrace it, always striving for continuous improvement.
- You champion others to bring out the best in everyone - you'll help shape our culture.
