Role overview

As the Marketing, Social Media & Brand Manager, you will be instrumental in leading marketing initiatives, reporting directly to the Global Head of Sales & Marketing.


You will help create and deliver marketing campaigns that drive inbound leads and revenue through content creation, website design, PR activities and crafting engaging email campaigns.


The company is committed to delivering cutting-edge insights that empower financial professionals to make informed decisions, and you will play a key part in telling their story.


This role is central to the company's strategy, offering the opportunity to drive brand advancement and influence market presence.


You will be up-to-date on news and trends in the financial sector and you will own and foster relationships with leading institutions such as the Financial Times, the Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, and Business Insider.



Responsibilities

  • Elevate the company’s social media presence across all relevant platforms
  • Drive PR and thought leadership opportunities and establish strong relationships with key media outlets and industry influencers
  • Design and execute impactful email marketing campaigns to boost engagement and drive conversions, continually refining strategies based on performance data
  • Assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and provide actionable insights to optimise future efforts
  • Integrate marketing strategies with the company’s new CRM system to ensure seamless and data-driven operations
  • Collaborate with the sales team to enhance outreach strategies and manage unresponsive or bounced contacts, contributing to new business opportunities
  • Monitor and adapt to industry trends and emerging marketing tools, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of innovation
  • Conduct competitor analysis to track industry trends and present findings to senior management
  • Prepare and present marketing performance results in monthly board meetings, highlighting key achievements and insights
