Job Description:

Munnelly Support Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Manager for a temporary cover position in White City, London. This role is crucial for maintaining the smooth operation of our construction site, ensuring all logistics activities are performed efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the daily logistics operations on-site, ensuring seamless coordination of materials and resources.
• Handle timesheets and ensure accurate recording of operative hours.
• Maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all site personnel.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks and project milestones, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
• Coordinate with site operatives, subcontractors, and management to facilitate seamless operations.
• Manage site traffic, ensuring safe and efficient movement of vehicles and equipment.
• Implement fire safety protocols and conduct regular fire drills.
• Provide first aid assistance when required, ensuring prompt response to any incidents.

Requirements:

• SMSTS Certification (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
• CSCS Card (Gold Minimum) (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
• Traffic Marshall Ticket
• Fire Marshall Ticket
• First Aid Certification

A one-day handover will be provided by the current Logistics Manager to ensure a smooth transition.
