I am looking for a Senior Product Manager to take ownership across user acquisition, onboarding and activation for a high-growth global platform!
Salary: Up to £85k
Based: London (Remote first with occasional meet ups in London/Brighton
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and lead growth strategies to boost user acquisition and activation across multiple channels (organic, paid, referral, etc.)
- Oversee and optimise the end-to-end customer onboarding process for a seamless, engaging user experience
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and data teams to align growth efforts and improve user engagement
- Run A/B tests, analyse user behaviour, and refine onboarding flows to enhance activation and retention
- Use data insights to drive improvements, reporting on key growth metrics and performance outcomes
- Foster a culture of experimentation, growth, and user-centric thinking within the team
Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management, with a focus on growth, CRM, and onboarding
- Proven success in developing and executing SEO and customer acquisition strategies
- Strong analytical skills and experience using tools like Amplitude, Google Analytics, and Mode
- Excellent project management and leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams
Experience working in travel, marketplace platforms, or subscription-based models is a plus!
