What you'll be doing:

• Managing the safe, efficient operation of the plant
• Overseeing a team of 20 operational staff, including shift teams
• Ensuring compliance with environmental regulations
• Collaborating with Maintenance teams on projects and plant improvements
• Managing budgets and conducting staff performance reviews

What we want from you:

• Degree/HND/HNC in Engineering or a technical field
• IOSH/NEBOSH or similar Health & Safety certification
• Extensive experience in power generation or waste/recycling industries
