Contracts Manager

Our client, a medium sized main contractor for housing associations are currently seeking a contracts manager. the role will cover berkshire, surrey and into London geographically, responsible for up to 4/5 live projects. The projects vary in size and complexity, usually tight access and differing types of build. The right person will have the drive and hunger to progress within a growing organisation who are winning repeat work with clients. you will be client facing with a good pre construction knowledge, as well as knowledge of ASTA and working on tight access sites with a knowledge of RC frame, trad build and timber frame. This is a challenging role that brings with it big rewards.
