Electrical Site Manager

Albion Search are currently working with a regional M&E sub-contractor to appoint an Electrically biased Site Manager for a 5 month project in Manchester. This is a high end fit out project, with this client overseeing and installing the full M&E package.

The project is due to complete in January, so they need a proactive Site Manager to help deliver completion on the project, on time and on budget.

Roles & Responsibilities

• H&S
• Manage the programme
• Inductions
• Management of staff
• Permits
• Project Manager updates/walk arounds
• Attending weekly progress meetings with the main contractor
• Client/Contractor liaison

You must have a valid and in date SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS/ECS card, along with experience in managing fast paced projects from an M&E background.
