Are you an experienced Finishing Foreman looking for an exciting new opportunity? We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finishing Foreman to join our reputable client on a high-rise project in the vibrant city of Manchester.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the finishing works of the high-rise project, ensuring high standards of workmanship and quality are maintained.
- Liaise effectively with subcontractors, site management, and other stakeholders to coordinate activities and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Monitor progress on site, conducting regular inspections, and addressing any issues that may arise.
- Provide leadership and guidance to site teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in a Finishing Foreman role within the construction industry, especially in high-rise projects.
- Valid SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) certification.
- First Aid certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
