Mode Search supports a trailblazer in the world of lifestyle fashion in their search for a Regional Manager, Europe & UK.
This brand is well known for its collaborative and people-focused culture. It is one of the fastest growing companies in the UK, with continuing expansion globally.
The successful applicant will report to the Head of Retail and be expected to oversee the existing UK stores, as well as planned openings in the UK and EU throughout this and coming years.
Flexibility on travel is required.
The Role
- Drive short- and long-term strategies for UK and international channels to meet and exceed business objectives; partner with cross-functional teams and lead processes to successfully execute the plan.
- Budget and forecasting across all channels.
- New business development and effective inventory management.
- Develop a strategic fiscal sales plan for each retail partner, working in conjunction with the Director of Global Marketing and communications to tailor a marketing plan that supports the brand's aggressive growth objectives.
- Develop an events strategy to help grow brand awareness and drive retail sales.
- Developing a strong understanding of markets, customer needs and competition.
- Highly analytical, insight-driven decision-making.
- Results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Requirement
- Previous experience in retail leadership & operations
- Strong commercial acumen with experience of P&L management & budgetary control
- Ability to demonstrate experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans
- Responsible for creating and maintaining the highest standards consistent with the company goals, brand image, and product sell-through across all stores.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of retail KPIs
