The Role:
- The Customer Support and Sales Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth customer experiences and supporting sales operations.
- An exciting hybrid role that combines customer support with sales administration, making it ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented, task focused and outgoing individual who thrives on both customer interaction and a holistic approach.
A Snapshot of what we are looking for:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, IT, or a related field preferred, but relevant work experience is highly valued.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in CRM software (e.g. HubSpot, Saleforce) and
- MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Comfortable in using cloud based software and services.
- Proficient in using and organising team meetings in Microsoft Teams or the willingness to do learn
Communication Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with customers and internal teams.
Organizational Skills:
- Highly organized, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Sales Mindset:
- A proactive approach to identifying sales opportunities with a customer-focused mindset.
- Comfortable supporting the sales process from initial inquiry to finalising orders.
- Demonstrates a friendly, consultative, professional approach that aligns with the values of honest, open interaction in supporting customer to a decision rather than a high-pressured, old-school sales approach.
Problem-Solving:
- Analytical thinker who can navigate challenges with creativity and resourcefulness.
