As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter or Billing Account Manager to join our team.


Account Manager (hybrid billing role)

£40,000-£50,000 + commission


Responsibilities

  • Drive Financial Results: Focus on maximising financial outcomes through effective budget management and client spend optimisation
  • Enhance Client Growth: Identify and leverage opportunities for client account expansion and increased engagement
  • Maximise Core Role Spend: Concentrate client spending on core roles to boost profitability and efficiency
  • Resource: Use resource models appropriately to recruit for client accounts
  • Conduct Regular Client Reviews: Evaluate client relationships and performance through periodic reviews to ensure service excellence
  • Utilise Reporting Tools: Employ multiple reporting and analysis tools to measure and enhance client performance both internally and externally
  • Control Internal Processes: Maintain stringent control over internal processes to ensure efficiency and compliance
  • Operate with Speed: Ensure all processes are executed swiftly to meet client needs and deadlines
  • Maintain Compliance: Uphold all regulatory and compliance standards throughout client interactions
  • Serve Client Needs Resourcefully: Address client requirements effectively using innovative and strategic resource solutions
  • Act as Primary Contact: Be the main liaison for clients, providing consistent and reliable communication
  • Hold Client Relationship Equity: Manage and nurture the intangible aspects of client relationships to build trust and loyalty
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure cohesive service delivery


Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in 360 Recruitment
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a bonus
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and business trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal trends
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant business tools
